As director of operations consulting and interim management, Maryanna Arsenault, BSW, MPA supports Corcoran Consulting Group clients in their efforts to improve care, reduce administrative burdens and increase reimbursement. She brings extensive experience in leading and advising home health and hospice agencies, both free-standing and within healthcare systems.
An Accreditation Commission for Healthcare (ACHC)-certified consultant for hospice, home health, and private duty organizations, Arsenault shares her solid career experience with agencies across the country. She assists organizations of all sizes improve efficiency, compliance, accreditation readiness, quality, and care management.
Before transitioning to her role as a home health and hospice consultant in 2014, Maryanna was CEO of HomeHealth Visiting Nurses of Southern Maine in Saco, Maine, where she was instrumental in merging of numerous agencies as well as achieving Home Care Elite Agency status.
Arsenault received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Temple University and her Master of Public Administration from Clark University. Throughout her career she has presented at National conferences and has been published in industry magazines. She is a resident of Wells, Maine.
